A very fine Chinese late Ming blue and white porcelain kraak bowl delicately painted in the six exterior moulded panels in excellent blue with a variety of alternating lanterns and vases of flowers, each separated by narrow formal vertical strips, the well of the interior with a roundel containing a bird on a rock beneath the sun below panels of various plants and butterflies, each panel separated as on the exterior
